Today, I am showing a card I created using the Sea Of Textures stamp set as well as the Under The Sea Framelits Dies. I also used the coordinating Tranquil Textures Designer Series Paper. I am head over heels loving this set and the paper!! I think you will be seeing a few more cards from me using this set as there were many ideas floating around in my head as I made this card.

I started with a piece of Whisper White card stock and cut it to 8 1/2 by 5 1/2 and scored it at 4 1/4. That is my card base. I then took a piece of the Designer Series Paper (DSP) and cut it down to 3 5/8 x 4 7/8 and glue it to my card base. Next, I took a piece of Whisper White card stock and cut it to 3 1/8 x 4 3/8. used this piece for my inking and stamping. I sponged and blended Tranquil Tide, Soft Sea Foam and Balmy Blue inks onto the white layer until I liked the look. I then stamped the plant in Mossy Meadow, stamping off once before stamping on the cardstock so the image wouldn't be too dark. I glue that piece onto the card base. I stamped the Octopus using Fresh Fig and using my Big Shot and the coordinating die, cut that image out. I used Stampin' dimensionals to pop up the Octopus on my card. I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set on the card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I finished this card by applying 5 Jewels Basic Rhinestones.
